Con el presente auto se autoriza la prórroga solicitada por la Gobernación del Magdalena para garantizar el cumplimiento de la primera parte de la orden contenida en la sentencia T-606/15.
En consecuencia, se le concede plazo hasta el 12 de diciembre de 2016 para finalizar la construcción del Plan de Compensación que garantice a los pescadores artesanales del Parque Nacional Tayrona la satisfacción de sus derechos fundamentales al trabajo, a la soberanía alimentaria y al mínimo vital.

- PRIMERO. Autorizar la prorroga solicitada por la Gobernacion del Magdalena8 hasta el dia 12 de diciembre de 2016, fecha en la cual debera haber finalizado la construccion del Plan de compensacion que garantice a los pescadores artesanales del Parque Nacional Natural Tayrona la satisfaccion de sus derechos fundamentales al trabajo, soberania alimentaria y minimo vital.
- SEGUNDO. Enviar copia de la presente decision al expediente de radicado 47-001-2333-001-2014-00351-00 en el Tribunal Administrativo del Magdalena9.
- TERCERO. Proceda la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion a librar las comunicaciones correspondientes.
